An app design proposal for Seha Abu Dhabi Health Services to tackle booking medical appointments, keep an updated health records and identify patient allergies and diet system.
Multiple back-to-back meetings with the stakeholders were important:
To gain an understanding of the business requirements for features requires more clarity or discussing specific flows.
Showcasing rough sketches on a day-to-day basis discussing experience direction, implementation limitations and where we can improve the journey for patients while trying to create a new booking to be the easiest way possible.
