Intro
Background
An app design proposal for Seha Abu Dhabi Health Services to tackle booking medical appointments, keep an updated health records and identify patient allergies and diet system.
Multiple back-to-back meetings with the stakeholders were important:
To gain an understanding of the business requirements for features requires more clarity or discussing specific flows.
Showcasing rough sketches on a day-to-day basis discussing experience direction, implementation limitations and where we can improve the journey for patients while trying to create a new booking to be the easiest way possible.

Moodboard was an exciting activity conducted over the course of two days, The activity included:Grasp an overview of how booking work, identify key touch points in the user journey and required information to complete a successful booking Discovery of competitors experiences to measure and understand user patterns

User can track from the top-level navigation menu item “Home”, their Medical reports that were just issued from their health provider, current health conditions based on last visits and their current medication, their lab results, and more.
Facilitate their visits to seha institutes and avoid a lot of paperwork while having such information synced to seha serves.
A fast and easy way for users to book an appointment.
News tap to help users discover health tips and recommendations like vaccine announcements for the season or other important alerts.
Hypothesis “ Transparency, Accuracy, Empowerment “
Quick Access to medical records Increase user interaction time with the app by browsing their medical record.An easy method to identify available reports, recall medications, etc, bring transparency to the user and direct access. Progressive disclosure of required information would mean users only do more cognitive load for new required/available data when they are asked to. When being asked about their health conditions they can quickly use the app to show their current status removing the factor of guessing and uncertainty.

In the proposed business requirements by the client plus competition analysis research and best practices , we identified two different app site maps , however we clearly have a winner which is more simplified and user focused.
