Intro
Background
Sihaty Website launch was a crucial milestone for a seeding investment round, for this, we modified the usual UX cycle process to adapt to the urgency and short time frame for this project.

User flow
The User flow depicted in the following image explains the relation and connection between the different types of pages the user might potentially visit, While the sitemap is enough for us to identify the architecture, the user flow step-by-step representation helps us define how the user might navigate between the different pages.

Proposed experience

An approach to emphasis on user-centered design to track health, medical profile and a fast way to book appointments was a very clear direction, we suggested two different UX/UI concepts with different navigational points.

Hypothesis
As Sihaty is new to the Kuwait market and digital health is fairly new in the region we wanted to highlight how secure our platform is when patients share their data with us.
Hypothesis “Accessibility, Discovery"
Final design & Results
The design process went through multiple iterations and a feedback cycle and the following design represents the outcome of those activities.
